All submitted information will remain confidential, no single dog/owner/line will ever be published, our sole purpose is to gather data to help owners and breeders make more educated health decisions. Help us reach our goal of 200 surveys by March of 2011 by submitting your dog’s information.

Owners of my last litter....I will place ALL the dogs up, unless I'm told other wise that you are going to complete. I will have it done by friday afternoon.

What about rescue dogs - Would you like any information on those as well, I personally have had 2 with cherry eye?

I did the survey for a few of my dogs but once I tried to submit the 4 th one, I got the message that the storage capacity had been reached for that form and to contact the form owner. Not sure who I would contact?

Contact BluHouse-The person that put up the thread. She can get you squared away, I had the same message-They must have a small storage!
=O) Awesome that your adding your dogs, each one Counts and will (hopefully) help us with this issue.
