Thanks Jessica,
It's good to show what is possible and break the sanme old retrick about dogs especially neos living 2gether.Having 4 2 of each sex and 2 of the 4 being litter siblings is nothing if not challenging but the rewards far outwiegh all the hard work needed.I think doing the discovery dogs stand at Crufts this year,(I did all 4 days) was a big boost and gave me more incentive to continue. What I take for granted seems to amaze or baffle other neo owners and breeders. Before I went to Crufts someone told me that it would be one thing having the pack perform simple obedience (sit ,down and stay) within thier own home with no distractions but a whole different ball game getting them as a pack to do the same with all the distractions of the busiest dog show in the UK with lots of other dogs, some constantly barking, and all the inquisitive people.I think the pictures show they did me proud and behaved as they have been moulded to do and to carry out my requests no matter what and tho it was just a simple sit stay without any leash to control them and me standing 10 feet or so away they took my lead and showed what a tightly bonded buch we all are.Unfortunately the young female was unable to attend as she came into season. On that note it is the young female that gives me my greatest challenges, she respects the boudaries in her pack at home but she is of a totally different disposition to that of her brother and mum and dad.She is of a much higher level of energy and intensity in comparison to the other 3,who are all pretty much in the same place. She was not the best looking of the liter I produced but she displayed a level of confidence and intelligence way above that of the others and was the first of the pups to most everthing often weeks in advance of her liiter mates. She is one that I have high hopes of moulding into something quite special.
