im haveing trouble uploading pictures it says that it sucussfully downloaded but i cant view them even when i upload a new photo album need a little help

There is not problem at all with the system. You need to read your screen a little more closely when you upload a photo. on the screen you mentioned above you must click Continue and then on the next screen you have to select an album for the photo. Give it a try.

ok i got how to upload those pics in the album now i cant upload my avatar its says it uploads but still nothing there .

We checked and its working...you must be missing a step. I can walk you threw it most likely. But it seems that you must be missing a step =O)

I am having the same problem with trying to change my avatar. also my album has disappeared and no way to edit my profile.

LMAO Lynn!!!!

To edit profile go to your profile...all the way to the bottom and "click here to update information"
That should allow you to do so.

With the Avatar I and the other Admin both were able to change and set ours...so you must be missing a step...I am going to try to walk you threw it in this thread....

This option is also in the "update information" part of your profile. Just need to pick out which you would like then select and Save setting. If it is your own picture it maybe too big, drop the size down and then see if it works and let me know.......
If you are still having problems if you could write down each step you are taking then place it in the thread...it would make it a lot easier for us to see what missed! Take care-Good luck!

Yes.. very funny there Lynn, i remember all the problems u have had in the past with the sites and your log-ins, passwords, and what not . except.... i am NOT dumb and rarely if EVER have any problems. I do understand about the avatar and the size etc etc. I have set up many a profile lol

I had started a personal pic album (my daughters pic and a baby dragon pic) and i am not seeing that anymore. I see the album with my Neo pix but thats about it. There also was a tab that said something like "edit profile" and from that i was able to start my album, add photos to it or delete them . well, now that is gone. I do see what your are talking about Jessica, the "udate" tab but that is not giving me the options that i had before.

But for what its worth, here is what i did to try to change my avatar.

I used the "browse" tab. found the pic i wanted to use, opened it. clicked the upload tab and get the same message with EVERY pic i tried to upload. NOW i know NOT every pic could of been the exact same dimensions like the error message was saying. infact i know for a fact atleast one of the pix was even just a bit smaller than the required dimensions. My avatar that is showing now was actually supposed to be in my personal album and NOT my avatar ! lol I dunno, its all messssssssssssed up. Still a cool site though !!!
i wont give up !!! lol

Oh yeah, one last thing. after i see the error message about the "HEIGHT" being wrong. It then shows that is has been "successfully uploaded" !!! i am toooo confused lol

The strange thing is, this pic on my avatar now, was HUGE , and i couldnt believe when it appeared as my avatar but then again like i wrote earlier, it was actually suppose to be for my "PROFILE" pic not my avatar.

LOL I was joking I do find this the easiest site to download pictures but havent tried opening an album yet as that might confuse me.
And thanks all the other times Michelle for your help and Jessica.
I would still have the site picture otherwise as my avator

Out of curiosity have either of you dumped your cookies lately? Also please check your security level on your Internet connections...keep it to medium sometimes higher can gum up things on sites.....Otherwise we will let you know if we can find any problems.

i dunno Jess cuz i am on the computer at my job. which maybe could be the problem now that i think about it. These "work" computers filter out alot of stuff . I will check it out when i get home and see if anything is different. and will let u know from there.
